Delivery Information

Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery is available on products that have a "Want it delivered . . ." message that displays a delivery date and shipping option on the detail page. This date is the soonest we could deliver it to you if ordered within the time displayed. 

If your order meets the qualifications for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery, we will refund the shipping costs if we miss our delivery promise. 

If the item you purchase is not eligible for Express shipping options, we also offer Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery via standard shipping or international shipping when applicable as long as the item is shipped by Pricera. 

Place your order through the shopping cart to receive it by the guaranteed Delivery Date. 

To place an order with guaranteed delivery: 

1.     Add the qualifying item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.

2.     Choose an eligible shipping address within the UAE or an eligible export country.

3.      Select the guaranteed shipping option advertised on the product detail page.

Note: Your delivery date promise for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery will state Guaranteed and be displayed on the final page before you place the order.

4.      Pay using credit card or debit card to avoid payment processing delays.

Note: If your order contains items not eligible for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery, you'll be prompted to check a box indicating you'd like to split up your shipments (at additional cost). Your items will be delayed or ineligible for the guarantee if you don't check this box.

5.     Place your order before the deadline displayed on the product detail page.

You can also purchase Guaranteed Delivery eligible items using 1-Click. Your default shipping speed is the one advertised on the product detail page, and your default shipping preference is "Ship my items as they become available," you'll automatically get Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery when you place a 1-Click order. 

Note: Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address or shipping options after you place the order might affect your eligibility for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery. 

If your order qualifies for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery, your shipping costs can be refunded if we miss our promised delivery time. 

The following requirements must be met to qualify for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery: 

В·         Shipping method selected is shipping option advertised on a product detail page.

В·         Order is shipping to Eligible Address.

В·         Order is placed before deadline listed on product detail page.

В·         Shipping preference "Ship my items as they become available" is selected if your order contains other items that aren't eligible for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery.

В·         Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the product detail page.

В·         An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.

В·         An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.

 

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.
